Role & responsibilities

- To act as backend support to Frontline Manager from Enquiry processing, getting timely offers from suppliers till orders booking.
- Making annexures, sending enquires to correct suppliers, drafting offers, negotiations with suppliers
- Prepare Customer Delivery Performance Report
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal department and team members.

- manage the journey of goods from our global suppliers to our clients.
- This role is critical in ensuring that once an order is booked, the logistics, documentation, and delivery are executed flawlessly. You will act as the bridge between international suppliers, local customers, and logistics partners.

Preferred candidate profile Work Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Type: Full time Schedule: Day shift (Minimum 8 hrs.)

Education: Graduation degree or higher Requirement: Good Communication skills
