About the Role

We’re looking for a Sourcing & Closing Manager who knows real estate sales, loves the chase, and knows how to get a deal across the finish line.

You’ll be responsible for bringing in business through direct leads and channel partners, managing prospects, driving site visits, negotiating with customers and closing deals.

What you’ll be doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers

Source and convert leads into site visits, bookings and closures

Follow up with prospects and keep the sales pipeline moving





Understand customer requirements and match them with the right property

Lead negotiations and drive deals towards closure

Coordinate with CRM, finance, legal, marketing and documentation teams

Help customers navigate loans, funding and other transaction requirements

Keep track of bookings, collections and closures

Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners

What we’re looking for

2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably premium residential A robust network of channel partners and brokers in Pune

Someone who knows how to sell, negotiate and close

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Good understanding of real estate transactions, documentation and home loans

Someone who is proactive, target-driven and gets things done
