Infoneo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead scalable enterprise solutions, particularly for application modernization, system integration, and migration projects. The candidate should possess robust hands-on expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, solution architecture, and database/application migration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
- Define application, database, integration, deployment, and security architecture.
- Lead application and database migration, modernization, and re-engineering projects.
- Develop technical solutions using Python-based frameworks and PostgreSQL.
- Plan data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and rollback strategies.
- Assess legacy systems and prepare modernization and migration roadmaps.
- Design REST APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Guide development teams and conduct architecture, code, and performance reviews.
- Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, migration plans, and deployment diagrams.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, developers, DevOps teams, and database administrators.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Support technical presentations, client discussions,



estimations, and pre-sales activities.

Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
- Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including optimization, indexing, replication, backup, and recovery.
- Proven experience in application, database, cloud, or legacy-system migration projects.
- Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, system integrations, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and application monitoring.
- Understanding of security architecture, access control, encryption, audit logging, and secure coding practices.
- Strong client-facing, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in Government, PSU, BFSI, or large enterprise projects will be preferred.

Educational QualificationB.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA or an equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Preferred Candidate
- Currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate immediately.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Capable of independently leading technical architecture and migration initiatives.
