We have an immediate requirement for a Solution Architect / Senior DevOps Architect with 810 years of experience. The primary focus of this role is to lead and drive Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) strategy, governance, implementation, and compliance across the software development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills (Primary Requirement)

- Robust expertise in Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), including generation, validation, management, governance, and compliance frameworks.

- Deep understanding of software supply chain security, open-source risk management, vulnerability management, and Software Composition Analysis (SCA).

- Hands-on experience with SBOM standards and tools such as SPDX, CycloneDX, and enterprise supply chain security solutions.

- Proven experience in architecting and implementing SBOM workflows across large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in GitLab and GitLab CI/CD, including enterprise-level pipeline architecture, governance, and optimization.

- Hands-on proficiency in Python for automation, tooling, integrations, and platform engineering solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with DevSecOps practices and secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).

- Experience integrating SBOM generation, validation, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of container security, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies.





- Experience working with enterprise compliance and regulatory requirements related to software supply chain security.

- Strong architectural design, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the organization’s SBOM strategy, standards, and adoption roadmap.

- Architect enterprise-wide software supply chain security and compliance solutions.

- Design and implement scalable SBOM generation, validation, and governance frameworks.

- Integrate SBOM and security controls into GitLab CI/CD platforms and software delivery pipelines.

- Develop automation solutions and security tooling using Python.

- Collaborate with development, security, platform, and compliance teams to ensure end-to-end traceability and governance.

- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and best practices for DevSecOps and software supply chain initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvements in software transparency, risk reduction, compliance readiness, and developer productivity.

This is a strategic architect-level position requiring both hands-on technical expertise and enterprise architectural leadership, with SBOM and software supply chain security being the primary and mandatory competency.
