Role Description This is a full time, on-site Solidworks Designer role based in Bhavnagar.

The Solidworks

Designer will create and update detailed 3D models and technical drawings for mechanical components and assemblies using Solidworks and other CAD tools.

Responsibilities include collaborating with mechanical engineers and production teams, supporting machine design activities, and ensuring that designs meet functional, safety, and manufacturability requirements. The role involves revising designs based on feedback, preparing documentation and BOMs,



and participating in research and development efforts to improve existing products and develop new solutions. The designer will also assist in design reviews and maintain organized design files and standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, especially Solidworks, for 3D modeling and detailed drafting.
- Strong skills in Technical Drawing and creating clear, precise engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of Machine Design and Mechanical Engineering principles applied to industrial equipment.
- Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D;) for improving designs and developing new products.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Ability to interpret standards, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on site.
- Prior experience in an industrial or machinery manufacturing environment is an advantage.
