Role Description The Solar Specialist will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Lucknow with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves assessing customer energy needs, designing suitable solar system configurations, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

The Solar

Specialist will coordinate site surveys, support installation and commissioning activities, and ensure systems operate efficiently through routine checks and maintenance guidance.



Daily tasks include liaising with clients and internal teams, monitoring project timelines and performance, and staying current with solar and broader renewable energy technologies and regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations.
- Understanding of the Solar Industry, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience or familiarity with Power Generation and related performance metrics.
- Exposure to Wind Energy or other renewable technologies is an advantage.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering, energy, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform basic system sizing, and use solar design tools.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
- Capacity to work safely on or around project sites and manage multiple assignments independently.
