Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end execution of ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV projects.

Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource deployment.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC partners, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ensure timely procurement and availability of project materials and equipment.

Monitor civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works at site.

Manage installation of module mounting structures, solar PV modules, inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems, SCADA, and transmission infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and client requirements.

Monitor project cost, budget, productivity, and cash flow.

Conduct regular progress review meetings and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.





Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and EHS standards.

Manage subcontractors and monitor project performance.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, grid synchronization, and project handover.

Ensure timely completion and successful closure of projects

Job Requirements :

- 12-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (renewable energy preferred).
- Robust understanding of green energy technologies such as solar power generation systems.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects involving complex logistics and resource deployment.
