Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result oriented Solar Field Sales Executive to handle sales leads, communicate with potential customers, conduct customer visits, explain solar solutions, and convert leads into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Make telephonic calls to generated leads and understand customer requirements.

- Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Schedule and conduct customer visits to understand site requirements and present suitable solar solutions.

- Explain solar system benefits, pricing, installation process, savings, and available options to customers.

- Coordinate with the technical/site team for site surveys and system requirements when required.

- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with customers.

- Negotiate with customers and handle questions or objections effectively.

- Follow up regularly with customers and move leads through the sales process.

- Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.





- Coordinate with the site and installation teams after order confirmation to ensure smooth project execution.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.

- Build strong relationships with customers and generate referrals and repeat business.

- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident in telecalling and face to face customer interaction.

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

- Target oriented and self motivated.

- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage.

- Ability to travel for customer visits.

- Basic computer and smartphone skills.

- Two wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
