Role Description The Software Test Engineer (Internship) role at Pixoate is a remote internship that supports the quality and reliability of our AI-powered visual platform. In this role, the intern will execute test cases, perform functional and regression testing, and document results to ensure features work as expected. The intern will collaborate with software developers and product teams to identify defects, reproduce issues, and validate fixes in a structured testing environment.





Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing test data, following test plans, reporting bugs using issue-tracking tools, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes. This internship offers practical experience in software testing within a rapid-paced, product-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Manual Testing
- Ability to perform Test Execution and follow structured Testing processes with attention to detail.
- Foundational knowledge of Software Testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and executing Test Cases.
- Basic understanding of Software Development workflows and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying, documenting, and reproducing defects.
- Familiarity with issue-tracking or test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is beneficial.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to clearly report test results and bugs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Coursework or training in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in AI, visual content platforms, or productivity tools is a plus.
