- Encourage active participation and speaking practice N
- Provide personalized feedback to students N
- Track student progress and maintain performance reports N

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English or related field N
- Minimum 2-4 years of Spoken English teaching experience N
- Strong command of English (spoken & written) N
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive sessions N
- Experience handling international students N
- Strong communication and mentoring skills N
- Ability to motivate low-confidence learners N
