NKey Responsibilities:
N1. Accounts Receivable Management (SAP S/4HANA – FI-AR)

- n
- Maintain and monitor customer accounts in SAP S/4HANA N
- Track receivables and analyse aging through SAP reports (e.G., FBL5N, aging reports) N
- Perform periodic reconciliation of customer ledgers N




- Ensure accurate postingof AR transactions in SAP N

n2. Collections & Follow-ups

- n
- Proactively follow up with customers for outstanding payments N
- Share account statements and resolve customer queries N
- Coordinate with sales teams for collection support N
- Escalate overdue accounts as per company policy N

n3. Cash Application (SAP)
N
- n
- Post and allocateincoming receipts (RTGS/NEFT/Cheques) in SAP N
- Explicit open items using SAP transactions (e.G., F-28, F-32) N
- Manage short payments, deductions, and disputes N
- Coordinate with internal teams for deduction resolution N

n4. Credit Control & Risk Monitoring

- Monitor customer credit limits and exposure in SAP N
- Ensure compliance with credit terms and policies N
- Block/unblock customersin coordination with management N
- Identify high-risk accounts and recommend corrective actions N
