n Role Summary
nWe're looking for a Senior Engineer to own 2D AutoCAD detailing across architectural, structural, and MEP scopes, and to serve as the internal standard-bearer for CAD conventions and the firm's detail library. The work spans architectural and structural CAD drawing, CAD-to-BIM conversion, and coordinated multi-discipline drafting support for our construction and contracting clients, with high attention to accuracy and consistency across projects.

n Key Responsibilities

- Produce high-precision 2D AutoCAD drawings spanning architectural, structural, and MEP scopes across client projectsn
- Translate design intent, field surveys,



and existing-condition data into accurate, coordinated drawingsn
- Develop, standardize, and maintain the company's AutoCAD standards (layers, line types, title blocks, plot styles, layer/xref management across disciplines)n
- Build and govern a reusable detail library covering architectural, structural, and MEP detailing across client project typesn
- Support CAD-to-BIM conversion and coordination workflows with the BIM team, ensuring drawing accuracy and consistencyn
- Ensure drawing quality meets a standard suitable for client presentation and deliveryn
- Collaborate with project engineers, BIM coordinators, and field/client teams (US and international) to keep drawings current and accuraten
- Mentor and audit junior drafters for standards compliance across disciplinesn
