About ComplyForge

ComplyForge builds AssuraQMS, an AI-powered electronic Quality Management System designed for medical device, IVD and health-technology companies.

AssuraQMS connects key quality processes including Document Management, Design Controls, Risk Management, CAPA, Nonconformance, Supplier Controls, Training, Audits, Complaints and Post-Market Surveillance.

The platform is designed around quality-system processes aligned with ISO 13485:2016, FDA QMSR, 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 14971. We’re looking for a Software QA & Validation Intern who wants to learn how software is tested when quality, traceability, data integrity and regulatory compliance genuinely matter.

What You’ll Work On

Software QA

- Create and execute structured test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing.
- Test web applications, workflows, permissions and role-based access.
- Test APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Use SQL/data verification to validate records and relationships.
- Identify, document and track defects.
- Verify fixes and support release testing.
- Test data migration and customer onboarding scenarios.

Validation & Computer Software Assurance

- Support risk-based software testing and validation.
- Prepare and execute validation protocols.
- Maintain requirements-to-test traceability.
- Support change-impact and regression assessments.




- Test electronic records, signatures, audit trails and access controls.
- Apply data-integrity principles such as ALCOA+.

AI-Assisted Features

AssuraQMS includes AI-assisted capabilities such as document drafting, traceability suggestions, gap detection and regulatory intelligence.

You’ll help evaluate:

- Accuracy and relevance of AI outputs
- Grounding and citation correctness
- Unsupported or fabricated references
- Edge cases and AI failure modes
- Human-review and approval controls
- AI-related audit-trail requirements

What We’re Looking For

Essential

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of software-testing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases and web applications.
- Willingness to learn tools such as Postman, SQL, Git and defect-tracking platforms.

Good to Have

- QA or software-testing project/internship experience.
- Exposure to Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or pytest.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail or similar tools.
- Experience with APIs, databases or automation.
- Exposure to medical devices,



healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Awareness of ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, GAMP 5, CSV or CSA.
- Experience testing AI/ML or LLM applications.
