Lead the Production Support Operations (PSO) team supporting critical CRD platforms, including OnePA and ATK. Provide hands-on technical and functional leadership for production support activities. Develop solid knowledge of US Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and Prior Authorization processes. Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Pega-based enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, and closure of production incidents.
- Improve application stability, reliability, and production support processes.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PSO and CRD teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical and functional issues.
- Analyze recurring incidents and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and coordination across Hyderabad and global stakeholder teams.
