? What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong proficiency in Java, Go (Golang), or Python — expertise in at least two

✅ Robust experience with Microservices, REST APIs & Distributed Systems

✅ Hands-on experience with the MERN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js

✅ Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP

✅ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code — Terraform/Ansible

✅ Good understanding of Infrastructure, Networking & System Administration

✅ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching & messaging systems

✅ Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor & Claude Code

⭐ Exposure to LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MCP or AI Platform Development is highly desirable

✅ Strong understanding of Git, Agile methodologies & software engineering best practices
