Role & responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions using modern technologies.

- Drive innovation by leveraging AI and automation to improve business processes and user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, security best practices, and reliable deployment processes.

- Provide technical leadership by mentoring team members, contributing to architectural decisions, and driving continuous improvement across development and DevOps practices.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, and distributed systems.

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, React, Python, microservices, and cloud-native application development.

- Experience with Azure cloud services, including application hosting, databases, messaging services, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL),



event-driven architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and AI/ML deployment concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and quickly learn new technologies and business domains.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), financial services, or other domain-driven technology environments.

- Expertise in advanced Excel-based automation, including VBA/macros, complex formulas, data models, and integrations with APIs.

- Experience integrating business applications with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform to streamline reporting, automation, and collaboration.
