About The Role We are seeking an experienced Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial crime compliance solutions, particularly within Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Regulatory Compliance domains.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise on Actimize applications, supporting the design, implementation, and enhancement of fraud prevention and compliance workflows. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your expertise will help ensure the integrity and security of financial operations, mitigate risks, and support regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Actimize solutions or similar financial crime management tools.
- Robust understanding of Actimize modules including SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF,



UDM, and IFM.
- Proficiency in transaction monitoring, alert management, and case workflows.
- Experience in requirement gathering, client interaction, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Deep knowledge of AML regulations such as BSA, OFAC, and related compliance frameworks.
- Technical expertise in Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer, and AIS platform tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable certifications include CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist).
- Understanding of regression testing and creating end-to-end data flow test suites.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on Actimize solutions.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend enhancements to improve fraud detection and compliance processes.
- Design, develop, and implement Actimize modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, and WLF.
- Configure and customize Actimize applications to align with client-specific regulatory requirements and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Actimize solutions with upstream and downstream systems.




- Create and maintain regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flows and system functionality.
- Provide technical support during system deployment, testing, and post-implementation phases.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal staff.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal solution performance.
