About The Role We are seeking an experienced Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Actimize applications within Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Actimize modules. The SME will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex workflows, designing solutions, and supporting testing activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality across banking and financial services systems. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact projects, contribute to financial crime prevention, and enhance your expertise in financial compliance technology.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Actimize solutions, with a focus on AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance modules.




- Strong communication skills with proven experience in customer interactions and requirement gathering.
- Deep technical and functional knowledge of Actimize modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM.
- Experience in transaction monitoring, alert management, and case workflow processes.
- Ability to create and execute regression test suites covering end-to-end data flows.
- Familiarity with Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer, and AIS platform tools.
- Understanding of financial crime compliance regulations such as BSA, AML, OFAC, and sanctions screening.
- Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements, providing expert guidance on Actimize solutions within AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains.
- Design, develop, and optimize workflows and rules within Actimize modules, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Actimize applications, resolving issues efficiently to minimize operational impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end solutions, including integration with upstream and downstream systems.




- Develop and maintain regression test suites to validate data flows and system functionalities across platforms.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal staff to enhance their understanding of Actimize modules.
- Stay updated with evolving financial regulations and industry best practices, ensuring solutions remain compliant and effective.
- Participate in project planning, documentation, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
