Role Description As a Software Engineer at Builder Studio, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that support rapid MVP delivery for startup clients. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations, focusing on clean architecture and reliable back-end services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include writing high-quality code, reviewing peer code, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



where you will work closely with the team to iterate quickly, ship features, and continuously improve the product experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and ability to design modular, reusable components.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, communicate clearly, and contribute to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building MVPs, working with startups, or contributing to product-focused teams is a plus.
