About Us

We're a startup building agentic SaaS products from the ground up — AI is woven into how we design, build, ship, and operate. We're small: your work is visible, your decisions matter, and there's nowhere to hide, in the best way. We're hiring recent graduates and engineers.

Who We're Looking For

Degrees and titles tell us little. These four things tell us a lot:

- You learn rapid, and can prove it. You’ve taught yourself something from scratch and shipped it in weeks.
- You think in flows, not just screens. You've designed something with real complexity — an onboarding sequence, a dashboard with many states, a system of reusable components — and can walk us through the UX tradeoffs you made and why.
- You’re creative. Being able to think out of the box to discover unique, sometimes non-conformant ways to solve a problem.
- You have grit. You've chased a bug for days to find the real cause, and finished the unglamorous last 20% after the fun part ended.
- You can communicate effectively. You can walk a client or stakeholder through why a design decision was made, in plain, confident English

- How You Operate

- Build and lead projects. Be an SME for the components you’ve designed.
- Bias for action — ship a well-reasoned v1 this week rather than debate a perfect design for a month.
- Create leverage — automate the repetitive, document what works, make others faster.
- Use AI (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) as a daily craft tool — you know when its output is wrong, and why.

- What You'll Do

- Design User Experiences for our upcoming projects and features
- Own well-defined feature slices end-to-end, with close senior support as your scope grows.
- Join design discussions from day one — write short design notes and defend your choices.
- Build data-processing, automation,



and reliability features across a multi-cloud environment, using AI tools throughout your workflow.
- Learn the stack and domain fast, and bring back fresh ideas.

- What You Bring No professional experience required — strong project work (academic, personal, hackathon, internship) counts fully.

- Knowledge in and familiarity with designing User Interactions and Experiences (UI/UX) and the tools necessary to do so.
- CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, how databases and distributed systems actually behave.
- Proficiency in Typescript and potentially Python, shown through real projects you can walk us through.
- Expertise in tools like Figma and/or Claude Design
- Working familiarity with Linux
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and APIs.
- Familiarity with Claude Code.
- Genuine, hands-on use of AI coding agents
- Strong root-cause problem-solving, fast learning, high autonomy, and professional English.

Nice to have (not required): Kubernetes/containers · CI/CD · IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) · open-source contributions · RAG/vector DBs/LLM apps · competitive programming.
