Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Python backend and microservices architecture Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Lead end-to-end development of fullstack applications, integrating React-based frontends with robust Python backends
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and delivery of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and deliverables
- Optimize database performance and data models using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis to ensure efficient data handling
- Manage containerization and orchestration of services using Docker and Kubernetes for seamless deployment and scalability
- Develop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable secure and effective communication between services
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python for backend development
- Experience with microservices architecture and design
- Strong knowledge of Django, Flask,



or FastAPI frameworks
- Proficiency in Golang as a secondary backend language
- CI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
- Database management and optimization with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- API development and integration using REST and GraphQL
- Automated testing with PyTest
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in React, including React Context and Redux
- Frontend styling with CSS, SCSS, or LESS
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of advanced caching strategies and performance tuning
- Familiarity with security best practices for microservices and APIs
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Certification in Python development or microservices architecture (such as PCAP, PCEP, or similar)
- Certification in cloud technologies or DevOps practices (such as AWS Certified Developer, Kubernetes Administrator, or equivalent)
