Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in Pune District.

The Software

Developer will design, implement, test, and maintain backend services and application components for the Enterprise AI Platform™ and related AI apps.

Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, and debugging and resolving technical issues in existing systems. The role involves collaborating with product managers, AI engineers, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable, secure,



and reliable software solutions.

The Software

Developer will also contribute to system architecture discussions, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of development practices and tools.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, microservices, and integration with databases or external services.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design modular, maintainable codebases.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language commonly used for backend development (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Node.js, or similar).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, cross-functional team setting.
