Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & YouTube Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and publish our existing video, audio, image, and other digital content across YouTube and social media platforms.

All primary content will be provided. The candidate is not required to create or shoot content from scratch. The role mainly involves basic editing, repurposing existing content, creating thumbnails/posts, and uploading and managing content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage regular uploads and content activities on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Work with existing/provided videos, audio, images, and other content.

Create attractive YouTube thumbnails and social media posts using the provided content and assets.

Upload videos to YouTube with appropriate titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and other required details.

Convert existing long-form videos into YouTube Shorts and Instagram/Facebook Reels.

Perform basic video editing such as cutting, trimming, selecting suitable portions, adding text, simple transitions, and basic audio adjustments.

Use CapCut or similar basic video-editing tools efficiently.

Resize and adapt existing creatives/videos according to the requirements of different social media platforms.

Schedule and publish posts and videos according to the content calendar.

Maintain consistency in logos, branding, fonts, colours,



and overall visual presentation.

Organize and maintain video, audio, image, thumbnail, and other digital files.

Coordinate with the team regarding which existing content needs to be edited, repurposed, or uploaded.

Ensure all scheduled content is uploaded accurately and on time.

Monitor basic YouTube and social media performance.

Required Skills

2–3 years of relevant experience in social media, YouTube channel handling, digital content management, or a similar role.

Positive working knowledge of CapCut or similar basic video-editing software.

Experience creating YouTube thumbnails and social media posts.

Ability to convert long-form videos into engaging Reels and YouTube Shorts using basic editing.

Familiarity with YouTube Studio.

Working knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

Good visual sense for thumbnails, layouts, typography, and presentation.

Basic understanding of YouTube SEO, including titles, descriptions, and keywords.

Ability to manage multiple uploads and follow a regular publishing schedule.

Important

This is primarily a content editing, repurposing, uploading, and social media management role. Original content creation, professional video shooting, or advanced video production is not required. Existing content and necessary assets will be provided.
