Social Media Strategist & Paid Ads Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist & Paid Ads Executive to strengthen our digital presence, increase brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth through social media and paid advertising.
The role involves social media strategy, content planning, site content creation, customer testimonials, Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars including reels, posts, stories, educational and promotional content.
- Visit project sites to capture photos, videos, project updates and customer testimonials.
- Create engaging short-form content around solar solutions, projects, customer experiences and industry trends.
- Plan, run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, conversions and ROI.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to track leads from enquiry to site visit and sale.
- Manage social media comments, messages and enquiries.
- Monitor competitors, trends, government schemes and relevant industry developments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, Sales, Site Team and management.
Requirements
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Paid Advertising.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of content strategy, reels and short-form video.
- Basic photography/videography and video editing skills.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CapCut/Premiere Pro or similar tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable travelling to project sites and interacting with customers.
- Creative, data-driven, proactive and result-oriented.
Pay: From ₹18,730.38 per month
Work Location: In person
