The Social Media Planner

Responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, and managing social media content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

The role involves coordination with internal teams, monitoring social media performance, and ensuring consistent brand communication.

This position is open to both fresher and candidates with up to two years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall engagement.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare basic performance reports.

Suggest creative ideas and strategies to improve reach,



engagement, and follower growth.
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and quality across all social media channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust interest in social media, content creation and influencer marketing.
- Confidence and comfort in front of the camera.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends and viral content.
- Skills in reel and video shooting and editing.
- Creativity in content creation, storytelling and presenting ideas.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Photoshop or similar editing software
