About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist who can take ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple client accounts.

This is a hands-on role covering the complete social media lifecycle — from building content calendars and publishing posts to boosting campaigns, analysing performance, preparing SMO reports, and interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Identify relevant content opportunities, trends, and campaign ideas

• Build social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives

• Understand brand positioning, target audiences, competitors, and platform behaviour

• Translate ideas and insights into actionable content and campaign concepts

Social Media Execution

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple brands

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

• Work with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms

• Manage post boosting and paid social promotions





• Monitor campaign performance and optimise posting formats, timings, targeting, and budgets

• Track reach, engagement, audience growth, clicks, conversions, and other key metrics

SMO Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular Social Media Optimization (SMO) performance reports

• Analyse reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, content performance, and platform trends

• Turn data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations

• Identify campaign wins, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement

• Maintain consistent reporting formats across multiple client accounts

• Prepare and present monthly performance reports

Client Interaction

• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on strategy, content, feedback, and deliverables

• Participate in client discussions related to social media performance and recommendations

• Present campaign results and monthly social media reports clearly and confidently

• Use knowledge of Meta platforms and performance marketing to guide client conversations

Content & Collaboration

• Write social media captions, campaign copy, content directions, and creative briefs

• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, content creators, and internal teams

• Ensure content consistently reflects each brand’s tone and positioning

• Stay updated with social media trends, platform features, algorithms, formats,



and best practices

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4+ years of proven experience in social media strategy and management
- Strong hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts
- Experience with content scheduling and publishing tools
- Experience with Meta boosting, paid campaigns, and social media advertising
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Familiarity with Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and native social media analytics
- Ability to interpret performance data and convert it into useful recommendations
- Solid writing, communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
- Agency experience is preferred
