Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Create scroll-worthy social content: Reels, short-form videos, product content, BTS, trends and everyday brand moments.

- Take content from idea to execution: brainstorm, plan, shoot and edit content for different social platforms.

- Come up with quick, fresh ideas around launches, campaigns, trends and cultural moments, and turn them into MARS-relevant content.

- Shoot products, people, creators, events and office moments, and be comfortable getting in front of the camera when needed.

- Have basic design and video editing skills, with hands-on knowledge of tools like Canva, InShot, VN, Edits or similar platforms.

- Work closely with the social media team to manage platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels, including posting, Stories, community engagement and content planning.

- Experiment with recent formats, hooks and storytelling styles to keep MARS content fresh, relevant and engaging.
