Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and independent Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media function and build a solid digital presence for our healthcare organisation.

The candidate will build and manage their own social media/creative team and take complete ownership of content creation, campaigns and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Build, manage and lead an in-house team of content creators, graphic designers, video editors and social media executives.
- Independently conceptualise and produce social media content including Reels, videos, creatives, carousels, campaigns and educational content.
- Take ownership of the complete process: Concept → Content → Production → Publishing → Performance Analysis.
- Plan and execute creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, audience growth and leads.
- Monitor trends, audience behaviour and campaign performance and optimise content accordingly.




- Coordinate with clinical and internal teams to develop accurate and engaging healthcare content.
- Present campaign concepts to leadership for final approval and independently drive execution thereafter.

Candidate Requirements:

- 4–8 years of experience in social media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or Brand Marketing.
- Proven experience in team management and content production.
- Strong skills in social media campaign planning, storytelling and creative content.
- Hands-on understanding of Reels, short-form video and social media platforms.
- Healthcare/hospital/wellness experience is an advantage.
- Highly creative, proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
