Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, aligning with Olico’s brand voice and marketing objectives. Daily responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, drafting posts, sourcing visuals, monitoring engagement, and compiling performance reports. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas, track trends, and suggest strategies to increase reach and engagement.

on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring consistent presence for team collaboration, meetings, and content production activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should be familiar with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in New Delhi and collaborating within a fast-paced team setting.
- A background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (academic or project-based) is beneficial.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) and interest in content trends and storytelling are a plus.
