We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Remote (Candidates from Mumbai preferred)

Duration: 3 Months + | Performance-based conversion to Full-Time Employment

Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST

Work Week: 6 Days | 1 Weekly Off

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,500/month (Fixed)

Experience: 3–6 months of prior Social Media Marketing experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team.

You’ll get hands-on experience in managing social media, creating engaging content, analyzing performance, tracking trends, and supporting campaigns across multiple platforms.

This is a performance-driven internship, with an opportunity to transition into a Full time Employee (FTE) role upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.




- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify new content opportunities.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using analytics tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data.
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of creatives, reels, captions, and promotional content.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
