Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Mumbai. The intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, drafting captions, assisting with short-form video content, and monitoring engagement and community interactions.

The role involves tracking performance metrics, summarizing key insights, and suggesting content optimizations. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing,



events, and talent teams to align social content with ongoing campaigns, celebrity activities, and influencer initiatives, while staying updated on current trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, especially within the entertainment industry.
- Clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics (e.g., insights, reach, engagement).
- Creative mindset with an eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling; basic design or video-editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
