We are looking for a Meta Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist to manage lead-generation campaigns for premium real-estate projects in Hyderabad.

- The focus is on generating qualified prospects, site visits and ultimately property sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan, set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns for real-estate projects.

- Handle Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager independently.
- Develop campaign structures, audiences, budgets and testing strategies.
- Test different video creatives, images, offers, hooks and ad copies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Track CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, qualified-lead rate, site visits and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality.
- Identify and reduce junk, fake and low-intent leads.
- Optimize campaigns based on actual business outcomes, not CPL alone.
- Coordinate with the creative team and provide clear requirements for current creatives.
- Maintain campaign reports and communicate performance regularly.
- Set up and manage Meta Lead Forms and relevant lead-generation workflows.
- Help establish proper lead tracking from Ad → Lead → Call → Site Visit → Sale.
