Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern at Archey's will support the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across various social media platforms. Daily tasks include assisting with content calendars, drafting posts, sourcing visuals or UGC, monitoring engagement, and collecting insights from analytics tools. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas for campaigns, maintain brand voice, and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.

on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring consistent presence at the office for teamwork, learning, and coordination.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles and their application to brand growth.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear writing and collaborative interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with attention to detail and time management.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their content formats.
- Comfort using social media scheduling or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and contribute proactively to team initiatives.
