We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing campaigns, and driving brand growth through social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars and ensure timely content publishing.
- Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant trends, formats, and content strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, brand awareness, and leads.
- Coordinate with content writers,



graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify recent opportunities.
- Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
- Test different content formats and strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, tools, and digital marketing practices.

Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
