About ETMEsports Tournament Mania (ETM) is an esports platform built for players, tournament organizers, gaming communities, and esports enthusiasts. Players can track their gaming statistics, participate in tournaments, create player identities and cards, while organizers can host and manage tournaments and giveaways.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who understands social media, enjoys gaming or esports, and can help us grow ETM's online presence and community.

What You'll Work On

- Manage and contribute to ETM's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, carousels and other social media content.
- Identify trending gaming, esports and internet topics that ETM can create content around.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy.
- Help promote ETM tournaments, platform features, partnerships, events and news content.
- Engage with gaming communities, players, creators, tournament organizers and relevant accounts.
- Research content ideas from esports tournaments, gaming updates, memes and community trends.
- Assist with social media campaigns for platform growth and user acquisition.
- Coordinate with the content and design team to develop creative assets.
- Track basic social media metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth and content performance.
- Experiment with different content formats and identify what performs best.
- Help cover esports and gaming events through social media when required.




- Support collaborations with gaming communities, creators, brands and tournament organizers.

Who We're Looking For
- Someone who actively uses and understands platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
- Positive written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content quickly.
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks.
- Interest in gaming, esports or digital media is strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools is a plus.
- Previous social media experience is helpful but not mandatory.
