Job Description:
1. Responsible for local compliance review of drawings and construction techniques;
2. Proficient in using CAD, drawing changes and modifications, and completing as-built drawings;
3. Preparation of the qualified construction plan, technical disclosure, and on-site quality management;
4. Audited the monthly project quantity of the subcontract;
5. Accounting drawings and materials and submitting purchasing plans;
6. On-site inspection of materials and submission of data for review;
7. Managed the subcontracting team and coordinated the construction work;
8. Construction quality inspection and timely process control;
9. Fluent English, proficient in CAD, able to independently calculate the bill of quantities, need to work on site
