Job Description:

1. Press Machine Operator – JD

Responsibilities:

- Operate power press machines (mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic)

- Set up tools, dies, and molds as per job requirements

- Monitor machine performance and ensure production quality

- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma preferred

- Experience operating press machines

- Knowledge of tools, dies, and safety standards

- Ability to read basic drawings

2. Fabrication Fitter – JD

Responsibilities:

- Assemble fabricated metal parts as per drawings

- Align, fit, and install components using hand and power tools

- Perform drilling, grinding, and cutting work

- Assist welders during fabrication and assembly

- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards

Requirements:

- ITI Fitter or equivalent

- Experience in fabrication and structural work

- Ability to read fabrication drawings

- Knowledge of measuring instruments

3. Fabricator – JD

Responsibilities:

- Fabricate metal components using cutting, bending, and shaping processes

- Read and interpret fabrication drawings

- Perform layout marking and material preparation

- Coordinate with welders and fitters





- Maintain productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma preferred

- Hands-on experience in metal fabrication

- Knowledge of MS, SS, and structural materials

- Positive understanding of fabrication tools and equipment

4. Welder – JD

Responsibilities:

- Perform welding operations (MIG / TIG / ARC as applicable)

- Read welding symbols and technical drawings

- Ensure strong, clean, and defect-free welds

- Inspect weld quality and perform minor repairs

- Follow safety and quality standards

Requirements:

- ITI Welder or equivalent certification

- Experience in industrial welding

- Knowledge of welding techniques and electrodes

- Ability to work independently

5. Fitter – JD

Responsibilities:

- Assemble mechanical components and machinery parts

- Perform fitting, alignment, and installation work

- Use measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges

- Identify and correct fitting defects

- Support maintenance and assembly activities

Requirements:

- ITI Fitter

- Experience in machine assembly or maintenance

- Ability to read mechanical drawings

- Strong knowledge of tools and measurements
