Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive who can not only play the role of a Loan Specialist assisting end customers but also mentor and grow a small team of executives going forward.

- Develop and oversee loan disbursements, documents, and reports along with obtaining credit and financial information as required.

- Prepare closing, develop closure instructions, supervise contingencies, and verify lock information.

- Assist customers to navigate the digital product, gather feedback, and share the same with product and business stakeholders.

- Collect credit and wide-ranging documents from customers as well as third parties required to support the decision of loan approval.

- Head responsibility for loan processing.

- Ensure loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies.

- Review the title binder along with closure documents for correctness.





- Transfer loan files to further teams for analysis.

- Set up SOPs and reporting to improve operational processes.

- Process, close, present, service, and record loan-related notes and disbursements, etc.

What you would possess already:

- Telecalling sales experience in the Financial/Banking/NBFC domain.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Preferred basic level understanding of business loans (secured & unsecured loans) and KYC documentation

- Confident and clear communicator

- Disciplined work approach

- Preferably no/minimal leave requirements in the next 3 to 6 months

- Can do attitude with strong relationship-building skills
