Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and optimize end-to-end process operations in the cement plant to ensure maximum efficiency and output.

- Monitor and control process parameters to achieve desired quality and productivity targets.

- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).

- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams for smooth plant operations.

- Identify and implement energy-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.

- Evaluate and troubleshoot process bottlenecks and recommend engineering solutions.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.

- Guide and mentor process engineers and operators for skill development.

- Drive process automation and digitization projects in coordination with the technical team.

- Prepare and present technical reports, productivity analyses, and performance reviews to senior management.

- Lead root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

- Coordinate with external consultants and R&D; teams for process optimization projects.
