Experience - 3 to 6years
Lead the cross functional projects and interaction with internal and external
Stakeholders.
● Generate and implement product design changes aimed at improving performance,
increasing quality and/ or optimizing cost.




● Drive projects using product development process as the need through
cross-functional team(s)
● Ensure comprehensive scoping of projects/ ideas, planning to enable execution of
agreed plans and achieve cost targets.
● Hands-on experience in VMA/ Costing work.
● Create product/ subsystem specific test plans as per requirement to get the design
changes approved.
● Generate ideas using various VA/VE tools like teardowns to continuously built LOS
for future projects.
● Analyse SIR and BOM data to calculate the feasibility of ideas/projects
● Application of Technical tools:
● Six Sigma tools and its applications
● 8D, A3, DFMEA, DVP&R;
● Basic Knowledge on CAD tools (Creo 2.0 or 4.0), PLM Software- Windchill
● Design for Variation (GD&T; and Tolerance stack up analysis)
