Job Description:

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in Server sales. The role involves driving new business, managing client relationships, and working closely with our technical team to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities in servers, networks, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with enterprises and SMBs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline/forecast reports.

Requirements
- 4–5 years’ experience in infra/network/server sales (preferably with system integrators or IT service providers).
- Valuable understanding of enterprise IT products (servers, networking, storage, cloud, backup).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Graduate in IT/Engineering/Business preferred.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + attractive incentives.
