Job Description:
Location: Saltlake Sector 1 (PNB more)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Attend to patients at the front desk, assist with queries, appointments, and concerns.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient experience.
- Maintain clinic records and patient data accurately.
- Provide necessary information about treatments and services.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound Tele calling.
- Excellent communication skills - Bengali/ Hindi/ English
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and manage patients efficiently.
Skills:
- Valuable interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient inquiries with empathy and patience.
