Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to generate leads and improve reach.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build and grow online communities while maintaining a positive brand image.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing,



or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
- Experience with Meta Ads, social media scheduling tools, and campaign management.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.
