Job Summary

SRV InfoTech is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of social media management, content planning, campaign execution, audience engagement, and brand building across digital platforms.

Candidates with an MBA and knowledge of Digital Marketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media platforms.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
- Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Create creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and respond appropriately.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns and promotions.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve social media growth, engagement, and online presence.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or a related role.




- Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media content creation, scheduling, and campaign management.
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
- MBA with Digital Marketing knowledge is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
