We are launching a new premium lifestyle brand focused initially on handcrafted watch straps and accessories for watch enthusiasts.

We are looking for a Bangalore-based, part time Content Creator & Social Media Manager to build and manage the brand’s social media presence, primarily on Instagram.

This is a hands-on creative role. You should be comfortable developing content ideas, shooting premium product photographs and videos, editing Reels, writing captions, maintaining a content calendar and publishing content consistently.

The position is primarily remote and approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexible working hours. However, you must be based in Bangalore and available for occasional pre-scheduled product and content shoots.

Key responsibilities include

⁠ ⁠Planning the monthly social media content calendar

⁠ ⁠Shooting and editing Instagram Reels and short-form videos

⁠ ⁠Creating high-quality product photography

⁠ ⁠Creating Stories, posts and carousels

⁠ ⁠Writing captions and social media copy

⁠ ⁠Scheduling and publishing content

⁠ ⁠Managing basic comments, DMs and audience engagement

⁠ ⁠Developing creative concepts for product launches

⁠ ⁠Creating content suitable for organic posts and paid advertising

⁠ ⁠Monitoring content performance and recommending improvements

We are looking for someone with strong visual taste and an understanding of premium branding. Experience with watches, fashion, jewellery, automobiles, leather goods or other premium/luxury products would be an advantage. An interest in watches would be particularly useful.

This is not primarily a performance marketing, SEO or Google Ads position. Paid media will be handled separately.

Selection Process

Candidates with suitable portfolios will be shortlisted for a brief interview.

Final candidates may then be given a small paid practical assignment involving the creation of content for one of our products. This will allow us to assess visual judgement, creativity, shooting/editing ability and understanding of premium brand positioning.

The successful candidate will initially join on a part-time basis, with the potential for the role to develop into a larger or full-time position as the brand grows.

Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
