Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee Bobler’s presence across social platforms, ensuring that content aligns with the brand’s mission of human-centered science storytelling. In this full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, the manager will plan and execute social media campaigns, schedule posts, and engage with online communities to grow reach and deepen audience connection.

Daily responsibilities include crafting compelling copy, adapting editorial content for different platforms, optimizing posts for performance, and monitoring analytics to inform strategy. The role also involves collaborating with writers, editors, and designers,



managing social media calendars, and staying up to date on platform trends relevant to science and innovation.

Manager will help shape Bobler’s voice online and support audience growth in a thoughtful, data-informed way.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve performance across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to adapt stories for social channels and create clear, engaging posts aligned with editorial goals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with online communities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic graphic/video editing, and platform best practices for science and storytelling content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a brand, media outlet, or organization, ideally in science, technology, or education.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
