Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media internship role based in the Pune Division. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning and creating content for various platforms, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement.

Responsibilities include assisting in campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency. The intern may also contribute ideas for new content formats, research trends in social media and digital marketing, and help optimize strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to effectively manage Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing tasks
- Skill in Social Media Content Creation and basic Marketing principles
- Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital trends and tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
