We’re hiring: Social Media Head at 2.Oh!
2.Oh! is a fast-growing D2C hair colour and hair care brand, formulated in Italy and built for India.
We’re looking for someone to own and grow our social media end to end — strategy, content, creators, community and growth.
We want someone who understands what makes people stop, watch, share, follow and buy — and knows how to turn great content into sustained organic growth.
What you’ll own
- Social strategy across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Content ideas, formats and execution
- Creator, influencer and UGC programs
- Community building and engagement
- Experimenting, learning and scaling what works
- Connecting social performance to business growth
- Building and leading a robust content team
What we’re looking for
- 4–5 years of social media experience, ideally with a consumer brand
- A track record of driving organic growth
- Strong creative instincts and an eye for content
- Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube
- Hands-on experience with creators and UGC
- Comfortable using data to make better content decisions
- Someone who can think strategically and execute fast
