Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated Social Media Marketing Intern who lives and breathes content trends. You will work directly with our core strategy team to plan, design, and execute compelling social media campaigns for a diverse range of client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Assist in planning, writing engaging captions, and designing visual content (carousels, stories, single posts, and short-form video/Reel concepts).

- Calendar Management: Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules across client platforms.

- Community Engagement: Monitor social media handles, respond to comments/DMs in a professional brand voice, and engage with relevant local communities.

- Trend Research: Track viral Instagram Reels, trending audio, and industry news to keep client content fresh and competitive.

- Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with basic video editing, local hashtag research, and compiling monthly analytics/reach reports for client reviews.

Key Requirements & Skills





- Final year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Media (BMM/BAMMC), Communications, or a related field.

- Working knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

- Proficiency with design tools like Canva (knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut/Premiere Pro is a solid plus).

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a knack for copy that catches attention.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and social media metrics.

- High energy, eager to learn agency workflows, and reliable with deadlines.
