We are a growing recruitment firm with a strong presence across multiple industries, helping organizations hire the right talent efficiently. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support hiring and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the companys presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content for job postings, hiring campaigns, employer branding, and company updates
- Design basic creatives, reels, and short videos related to vacancies and recruitment drives
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and promote openings effectively
- Plan and execute social media calendars and campaigns
- Monitor engagement, respond to queries/messages, and maintain brand tone
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role (preferably in recruitment or HR)
- Solid written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of LinkedIn hiring trends and social media best practices
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar
